One-year warranty
Every timepiece purchased from Timeless Watches is accompanied by a one-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. Coverage includes loss or gain of time and cessation of operation. The warranty excludes broken glass, damage resulting from a fall, and water ingress caused by an open crown.
For repairs covered under this warranty, Timeless Watches assumes the cost of return shipping in both directions, including international shipments. Please contact our boutique before arranging a repair. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Worldwide delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within one to two business days of purchase. Each timepiece is insured for its full value and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Within Canada, Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days and Express delivery at 1–2 business days. For the United States, Standard International delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days and Express International at 3–5 business days. For other international destinations, available carrier services, rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Service availability depends on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; any amounts collected at checkout will be shown before payment.
Sales policy & delivery concerns
All sales are final. Returns based on a change of preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer law or market-specific rules. If your timepiece is delivered damaged, is not functioning, or does not conform to its description, please notify our boutique within 24 hours of receipt.
Upon confirmation of a delivery-related issue, Timeless Watches will arrange and cover insured return shipping. Please contact us before returning any timepiece. The 24-hour notification period does not restrict warranty coverage or your statutory consumer rights.
