Final sales

All sales are final. Returns based on a change of preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer law or market-specific rules.

Delivery concerns

If your timepiece is delivered damaged, is not functioning, or does not conform to its description, please notify our boutique within 24 hours of receipt.

Upon confirmation of a delivery-related issue, Timeless Watches will arrange and cover insured return shipping. Please contact us before returning any timepiece so that we may provide the appropriate instructions.

Warranty and statutory rights

The 24-hour notification period does not restrict the one-year warranty applicable to every watch from its purchase date, or your statutory consumer rights. Applicable EU withdrawal rights and market-specific cancellation and return rules remain unaffected.
