Worldwide delivery

Timeless Watches offers worldwide shipping. Orders are generally dispatched within one to two business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Within Canada, Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days and Express delivery at 1–2 business days. For the United States, Standard International delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days and Express International at 3–5 business days. For other international destinations, available carrier services, rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Service availability depends on the destination.

These estimates exclude order processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and customs clearance may affect the delivery schedule.

Insurance and signature

Every watch shipment is insured for its full value and requires a signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Any duties or taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

Delivery concerns

If your timepiece is delivered damaged, is not functioning, or does not conform to its description, please notify our boutique within 24 hours of receipt. Upon confirmation of a delivery-related issue, Timeless Watches will arrange and cover insured return shipping. Please contact us before returning any timepiece. This notification period does not restrict warranty coverage or your statutory consumer rights.
